Dominick J. Mazza, JR.

Dominick Mazza is Executive Vice President of Mazza Recycling Services and Affiliates, a role he assumed in June 2017 after more than 15 years of successful leadership experience in finance and corporate accounting. Since joining the Mazza Recycling family of companies in 2006, he has held several leadership roles within the company, including Chief Financial Officer and Controller.

Spokesperson and strategic vision for the Company. Oversees mergers and acquisition, including subject objectives, sourcing, funding, negotiation, post-deal integration, revenue, profit modeling, and financial risk analysis of business opportunities. Develops and monitors business performance metrics and analyzing trends. Coordinate expansion services in current markets, as well as new marketing development, including new verticals and geographic expansion. Oversee the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Accounting Department, Environmental Health & Safety Department, and Human Resources Department. Engage with CEO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) with all environmental requirements, including interpreting legislative rules and regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and contractional guidelines. Ensure all government regulations are disseminated to appropriate personnel and monitor compliance.
