Rajae El-Temawi

El-Temawi is a proven financial and business development executive who drives strategic decision-making within all levels of the company. He will focus on minimizing emerging risks and improving programmatic support, as Mazza continues to experience rapid growth.

El-Temawi rapidly progressed within each role he had, using his analytical and qualitative skills to project revenue and improve forecasting accuracy. El-Temawi also had an established role as Clio Snacks’ first VP of Finance, overseeing daily functions of the entire finance and accounting team while also giving them the tools they needed for executing the best financial strategies.

Provide operational and programmatic support for the company. Assists the Executive Team on all strategic and tactical matters pertaining to cash management, budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and the securing of new funding. Provide the executive team with an operating budget. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue, expense and balance sheet reports and reports to funding agencies. Oversee Controller’s preparation of the annual financial statements is in accordance with US GAAP and federal, state, and other required supplementary schedules and information. Oversee the production of monthly reports, including financial statements and cash flow projections for us by the Executive Team. Develop and maintain systems of internal controls of safeguard financial assets of the organization.
